Sasada lent me her DVD long time ago but I kept forgetting it until today.
It made me feel bad, keeping it for weeks without any other reason.
Every time she asked, I can only give her my apology smile.
What made me feel more guilty was... she shrugged it off rather easily.
I was going to make a mental note that she was a really nice person.
But... turned out… it is a horror movie.
Such genre is not my thing and I AM positive she knew it in the first place.
Why did she remove the cover if it weren’t a trick? =_=
The opening was gentle and heartwarming,
I didn’t suspect anything would jump onto the screen.
But something did anyway... A large bunny from another world.
...
I think my heart stopped working for a few seconds.
By chance, Natsume and Tanuma were passing my house.
They became alarmed when I opened my door slowly.
Seeing my pale face didn’t help at all.
They questioned me before I can even call their name.
“What happened?” “Youkai?”
I can’t convince them with my shaky voice so...
they rushed into the room and saw the cause themself.
…The movie hadn’t stopped playing AAAH >////<
In the end we watched the movie together.
The cat transformed into a girl before I can hug it.
Why didn’t he let me? (“No way, you will crush me to death!”).
I think the cat’s right, the movie made me hug my pillow too tight. ^^;
Tanuma said the movie is indeed scary but
Natsume didn’t even bat an eyelash.
He said the movie would less scary if we cover our ears.
Umm… it didn’t work for me.
Now I’m worried whether he meets horrifying things often.
*sigh* I wish he tell us more about his experiences.
“How was it, Nyanta?”
“All of you looked like three dumb monkeys*”
“Said the fourth monkey”
“What do you mean by that? I am a high, majestic being.”
“If anything, you are still a fat cat, sensei.”
“I am NOT fat. I’m just round.”
“...You admitted you are a cat.”
“Shut up, woman.”
^The cat… was still in his female form. XD
Aaah I wanna hug him.

* Three Wise Monkeys are pictorial saying of “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”. During the movie, Taki closed her eyes, Natsume covered his ears and Tanuma restrained himself from screaming. I think they characterize the Three Wise Monkeys perfectly (both in this scenario and the actual show). The addition is “Do no evil”, portrayed by a monkey crossing his arms… Nyanko-Reiko was crossing his arm when he talked^.
